On the facts of the case, the respondent solicitors had, by not amplifying the factors mentioned in the Law Society's model conditional fee agreement, complied with the requirement in the Conditional Fee Agreements Regulations 2000 reg.3(1)(a) to briefly specify the reasons for setting the percentage level of their success fee.
