Profile
Mark specialises in professional liability claims in a commercial context (acting for both claimants and defendants), construction, insurance and reinsurance and commercial disputes.
To all his work Mark brings a keen intellect, years of experience as an advocate in trials, arbitrations and appeals, profound knowledge of the law and great enthusiasm and commitment.
Over the last 20 years Mark has been instructed in a number of long-running, large cases and he is used to working as part of a team of lawyers and experts in substantial litigation. He relishes the challenge of working with others to master complex facts and difficult points of law, to make the right tactical decisions, to put forward the best possible case and to achieve the best possible result at the right time.
